To help our events run smoothly and fairly for everyone, please read the following:
- Invitations are sent one month in advance. If you are not receiving emails, please contact us at [email protected].
- Reservations: Each person or household must reserve their own spot. Please do not email or call asking us to add you, as our membership is simply too large to manage individual requests.
- Member IDs: Please provide your Villages Member ID when registering – not your house number. You can look up your Member ID by following this link..
- Successful Signups: If you see the message:
“IF YOU SEE THIS MESSAGE – YOU SUCCESSFULLY SIGNED UP FOR THE EVENT!!!”
after submitting the form, your registration was successful. Each person who registers will receive a copy of their completed form (please check your spam folder if you do not see it).
- Meal Substitutes: The only permitted meal substitutions are Gluten Free or Vegan options.
- Assigned Seating: If an event has assigned seating, please arrange your table of eight before registering. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to combine or rearrange tables, as it has become too time-consuming.
- Table Assignments: Table numbers are randomly assigned. It is not feasible to track “good” or “bad” tables, and random assignment ensures fairness for all members.
- Arrival Time: Please do not arrive at the Clubhouse prior to the time listed in the invitation and reminder. We are often still completing event setup.
- Cancellations: We are unable to honor cancellations after the stated deadline. Once we submit our headcount, the Club is financially responsible for those meals. However, you are always welcome to have someone attend in your place or pick up your meal if you are unable to come.
- Registration Video: A helpful step-by-step video demonstrating how to register for events has been added to our website. If you have questions about the process, please take a moment to watch the video first — it should answer most common questions.
